days ago now i had sex. i look back on it fondly but i'm sure at the time it wasn't necessarily so satisfying. the first and second week of not smoking seemed fine but now i'm in that tricky spot for me. i want to reward myself for not smoking with a cigeratte. i want to feel that woozy rush from the first inhale. dammit i know i'm just going to feel sick (well not really i've kicked smoking but not nicotine at this point) and that i'm just going to want another in twenty minutes. make that five. as i type i'm formulating which store is closer for cigerattes. it's raining out so you might think i would wait until i get home to smoke but i'm sure i'll smoke out in the rain, that way i can have another one safely right when i get home because i didn't really enjoy that one out in the rain.

mostly porn has been my reward.

I substituted pot for tobacco when I quit. It worked great!! I still get the desired rush and no nicotine...

pardon me if i haven't mentioned it, but ya i smoke a joint when i want a cigeratte, for the act of inhaling and exhaling smoke, still there's nothing as tasty as nicotine curling into your system on that first drag. i must admit i don't feel as *high* smoking pot now when i don't have a cigeratte afterwards. nicotine always seemed to kick THC up a notch.
